Looking for some reviews on my new website

First stab at making a website with vB. I've actually put alot of work into the site, likely due to my lack of vB knowledge and having to read for hours to learn :)

I would like to hear criticism, and ideas to make it better. It's a brand new site.

New logo thanks to fxwoody! Made some changes to hover_text, cleaned up the site best I could at the time to get some speed back (loaded files where they shouldn't have been) and set shoutbox in the location I wanted it (under announcements).

Anyone see something that stands out as horrible? I know I don't have anything crazy unique to the site yet :)
