Toplinks position

I've just upgraded from vB 4.0.3 to the latest version and the toplinks now sit below my title image rather than layer over it. Does anyone know how I can move the toplinks back so they float over the top right of the image?

I am trying to figure out how to position the toplinks to the far right of my page. I have vB 4.1.2. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
