AdminCP permissions for adding new forums

Hi,

Is there some way of allowing certain staff usergroups to be able to add new forums and edit existing? I have changed every option I can find (and searched here numerous times) but the Control Panel for my staff doesn't show the option to add new/edit old forums.

I don't think so. Just make them admin for a day or two. Not like you want them changing things all the time.
