vBulletin itself is secure if you aren't running any modifications - it is usually your server you need to worry about. What exactly are you wanting someone to do for you?

well hackers keep injecting SQL injections somehow and gain access to my entire database, it's happened twice already and I am really frustrated.

And do you have any modifications? Have you checked your access_logs to see exactly how they are doing this?

Are you on a host you trust?

I've seen it happen in the past, you think you are but the host exploits your data.

3.8.4 is an outdated version that has several known security issues. it would be best to upgrade your forum to the latest version of the 3.8 series.

Also as adviced above by Lynne, ask your host to check the access logs.
