How to delete the title for board on fist page?

On the first page of the forum there is a title that comes up which I don't need.

I would like the tighter look like that of chins-n-quills.com

I can't seem to find the templates that contain this information.

How would someone delet the FIRST LINE Called Forum... with the headings. Why can't the headings be along side the forum Topic header? I don't think there is an example out there. As an example...mine is like this as a default.

The top row "Forum" seems to be a bit much. Is there a way to make the second line like "Forum" but with the Title of the Category in place of "Forum"
