Header Help

Can somebody help me with my header? Members with smaller screen resolutions are complaining about the navbar being all squished and messed up etc. I don't know how to fix it.

How about not having so many tabs in your navbar? Consolidate them and put some of them in a dropdown or in the sub-menu.
