Q&A Add-on

Hi All,

We are currently building out our site, and along with the forum, wish to have a prominent Q&A section (with the forum sitting behind). Are there any such add-ons around? Or alternatively, any examples of sites doing similar things but just with the standard Vbulletin install and a clever layout?

I have had a good look, but cannot find anything along these lines.

Any help would be hugely appreciated.
