Mass email function not working

I impexed 3 boards into vbulletin. 2 ipb boards and 1 Vbulletin board. The mass email function does not work.

I believe a query has to run to integrate/update these users.

Can someone please guide me as to how to do this?

There are several maintenance steps you should be running after you finish your imports. There is a forum over on vb.com that you should be posting your ImpEx questions in.
