Sorry to repost this here, but I am desperate.

I have having serious issues where attachments are not showing up anywhere in the forum after the 4.1.1 upgrade.
All I see on the file system are heaps of *.THUMB and *.ICON files. I do not show any *.jpg or *.png at all. Is that normal?
All those files show a good size, so they are not empty.
