Sub Domains

Not for my current site but for a different future one...

If I purchase the CMS is there a hack so that each users profile (or blog) has it's own sub domain off of my domain? I believe I've seen it on here before but couldn't find it now.

that's what I'm talking about yes but I'm pretty sure their was another one that's been used. This one thing looks a bit scary with no reviews and a "use at own risk, highly experimental" warning....
