members of new usergroup posts not showing in search or on profiles

Hi guys, I have read many, many threads on this topic and haven't found the answer.

I recently created a new usergroup and it's members are posting. You can see the posts within the actual threads of the forum, but their posts are not showing up in the "new posts" search, nor do they appear in the post count on their own profile pages.

I've checked, "viewable" and those settings.

Please help with suggestions.

You are currently showing up as unlicensed.
