How do I make a Legon's Color

Hello,

On other forum's i've seen at the bottom a small thing that say's Player Legend's, and the color of it.

Example: Owner

In legend it says owners apear as red, this way people know what color means what. How can I do this could someone make a plug in for it?

You setup your colors or other HTML markup in your usergroup settings.

Works on 3.7/3.8.
