why do Users get banned after subscription expired

Good-Day I am having a big problem since I set registrations to disabled.

When a Paid subscription expires it usually moves the user back to Register Users Usergroup.
It usually did that wen registrations were opened.

This time it simply bans the users automatically and i dont know why...

I have vbulletin 4.05 btw, is it because of it? cause its not the updated version.

probably some bug but not sure if its ever been addressed you may want to ask at vb.com since thats not a mod related issue, they may no if its a bug , I'm sure they can tell you if you need to create some floater class to deal with it or whatever
