I can't find where we can change the nav bar text nor links?

how do you get 6 tabs like in this modifications site?

How can I trun off all the blogging suite and just run the forum?

If you are running the demo, you should be asking any questions regarding it over on vbulletin.com.

Most sites use a modification to add tabs to their site. I don't believe you may install modifications in the demo.
