SHould I Upgrade my server

Would it be safe to upgrade everything below without any problems??

Apache/2.0.63 (apache 2.2 available)

Mysql/5.0.91 (mysql 5.1 available)

PHP/5.2.5 (php 5.3 available)

php 5.3 is a major change. That could cause a few hiccups.
