I'm not sure where to post this but I could use some serious help on fixing a website that uses vBulletin. There were mistakes made and there is no backup. Anyhow the site is www.huntingdonsite.com and the forums are at www.huntingdonsite.com/talk/ I need to get the talk section to look like the rest of the huntingdonsite. I don't know if i should do a reinstall and start from there or not. Everytime I try to get the header to look right I get it very close in Chrome and other browsers but IE is way off. I don't know what all was changed originally to get it all to work but as of now it doesn't.:confused:

this site isn't actually technically live so we are hoping to get opportunities for sale or other aspects, it is our actually property though, it just hasn't been advertised as being live yet, thats all, some help would be appreciated though

Reinstalling is not going to make your header magically appear. Did the header used to look like the main site? The best thing to do is put your code in and then let users with IE see it and make suggestions on how to fix it.

no i no a reinstall won't make the header reappear but i'm not sure of the changes that were made to get it to look like the rest of the site. Yes it did at one time look like the rest, i'm just wondering my best starting point right now. I put what code I have back in to get chrome to display it close to the rest, but IE is way off.

please anyone that could give me any help please reply, i'm working through it slowly but there are just certain things that I don't know where to change the code to make it work right. The forumhead button is not going the whole way across the posts right now, i think it has something to do with the amount of characters in the post. Just any help with the next step would be greatly appreciated. Also the lower menu in the navbar if I put a background on it it removes the background on the upper navbar in IE but not in chrome, I'll put the background on now to leave the example.:(
