How to change "Private" forum to a "Public" forum...

... Since I have upgraded to v4, one of my forums has changed itself from Public - to - Private?!

I have tried all ways to change it back, but it is haveing none of it, and remains as Private.

I hav tried the "ACP-> Forums & Moderators-> Usergroup permissions, I have also tried the "View Permissions".

Does anyone know why it has done this? And more importantly, how to change it back from Private to Public, Please?

Did you chekc Forum Manager > edit forum > Show Private Forum?

It's set at "Use Default", Lynne. Tried as Yes - Show posts too, but still no joy.

I also checked "Forum Display Listings Options", that is set on No. When I changed that to Yes Show posts - Another forum showed as Private.

So I put it back as default, too.

Did you check Forum Permissions?

If it is set so everybody can see it and it isn't set to be private in the forum settings, then I don't know why it wouldn't be showing. Have you tried disabling your mods? Viewing it with a default style?
