I'm on vb 4.0.2

How can I add adsense ads inside of first post of each thread?

Any mod or template modification?

Other adsense ads placement positions better than this?

Admincp, Advertising manager, Add New Ad, change page to Thread, select yellow box that reads "First Post Content"
