Closing Forum for Members Only

I'm looking for a mod that let's me close the forum for members only and leave the portal open.

No, If I change that permission then everything will be close. The Unregistered users won't be able to see anything (Forum and Content Page)

This will stop new registrations... that's not what I was saying.

I want to close the forum only and leave the content page open
