Can anyone tell me how to disable Thread search system from unregistered user?

Are you referring to the vertical postbit? If so, you can change this in the Options in your ACP.

As for the thread search..

ACP- Usergroups >> Unregistered/Not logged in >>Forum Searching Permissions>> Can Search Forums >> "No"
