permission to edit his own thread title by first poster

I turn off the thread delete permission in my board ,so nobody can delete any thread&post except admin&mod.
In this situation, how to give permission to the first poster to edit his own thread title?

I don't think there is any option as such, but I would personally love it if users could also edit their thread title.

I think you misunderstand me.
I mean the first poster has the permission to edit his own thread title ,but he has not the permission to delete/move any thread or post!
