Ignore List ?

Hi i have Ignore an user , but is there an way that the Ignore user dont see my profile page ?

If you have Profile Privacty enabled, then you can set areas of the page to not be viewable by them.
Note: Guests and users on your Ignore List will only be able to view the blocks on your page where you have selected 'Everyone'.
