View Full Version : Subscriptions via paypal not working

We have been having some issues where members will pay to upgrade there membership via paypal and vb subscription but 6 out of 10 payments posted dont get moved to the designed group. We have it setup so when the subscription payment is made via paypay they automatically get moved to a new usergroup but this is not working and causing us big headaches because we have to move them manually.

Is anyone having this issue and what could be causing this? How can we debug this problem? if seems that some payments work and some dont, we only do paypal payments at the moment. Also we are having this issue on VB 3.8.x

You have to enable the option paypal in subscriptions manager first...!! and then it will work.

Yes that has been enabled I have been doing this for years now but recently 9+ months since we started having this issue. Like I said some work and some dont.
