Need the transparencity skin for Vb 4.1

Can some one figure out how to make this skin work for Vb 4.1?

Basically all I need is to put a custom background image on my forums. If this is possible please instruct me how.

That skin won't work for 4.x no matter what you try.

However to add a custom background just go to your style manger -> style variable editor and edit the body_background stylevar and add a background image.
