I am receiving the following error messages when trying to do an initial install of vBulletin on to server before entering the customer number. After entering number I then get the last error listed.

Appreciate any help on resolving this situation.

Due to the following errors, the install/upgrade can not continue:

The database has failed to connect because you do not have permission to connect to the server. Please confirm the values entered in the includes/config.php file

You might want to ask your host if you can run vB on their servers.

Before I signed up for their service, I asked if VB would work on their server. They said yes.
I contacted their support and they were able to resolve all the error messages except for
"line 414" error. Said I have to contact program vendor. Thanks for your reply...
