Paid Subscriptions

So I setup a paid subscription. I believe it should place any who pay into their own user-group that has special privileges. Question is, how do they buy it? What's the link? How are they aware of this product?

User CP. On left hand menu under miscellaneous there should be "Paid Subscriptions"

I added a link on my Navbar

For some reason they do not show up. Do I have to change a usergroup permission to make that show up in ones user cp?

I know I am missing something very simple. I setup a paid subscription, but where would one go to buy it? It's not in the user cp I have checked.

can anyone answer this, it has to be a simple 'enabled' I am missing.
