blank CMS index page after moving servers

Hi all,

I moved a vBulletin 4.0 site to a new server and identical settings and now the index page is blank. I can get into the forum (i.e. http://www.airgunsports.co.za/forum.php) but the index page (which is the CMS) is blank - http://www.airgunsports.co.za.

I've double checked, and all the files copies across successfully. I compared them on both server. I also followed the steps on this page, http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/blank_pages but none of those steps helped.

Does anyone have any other suggestions?

something wrong in tables or mysql, I would setup a new copy of VB with the same database names and passwords get it up and running
(then overwrite it with a good copy of your old forum)
