How to indicate user's ICQ is online

Hi!
I have seen someone do this, I wonder if anyone can tell me how to do it ?
I want my discuss board shows members ICQ status.

well in the posticonbit if i remember correctly, you just uncomment the $icq, $aim and $yahoo tags (remove the <!-- -->) from them

You mean in the template: posticonbit ?
I didn't find anything match.

Just remove <!-- --> ?
