How to move from a server to another?

vB 3.8.3, how to move from a current server to another one?

I have done this. Its easy.

First: Copy all your web content, i mean the files.
Then make a back up of the database.
Put all the files in the new server
Edit the /inlcudes/config.php with the new configuration
Import the database

Dont forget to redirect the DNS to your new server.
