Add reputation without popup

Hi, I want add a reputation to user in one click, without displaying the popup for the comment... I want, when I click on a icon of reputation (the star), add automatically add a repupation positive.

It is possible? Which file should I change?

Im thinking the same. The reputation button should work as easy as the facebook 'like' button. Without a popup. Everything within the post. With some Javascript/jquery it should be possible to let a RATE button transform into some kind of rating scale (http://s.wordpress.org/extend/plugins/gd-star-rating/screenshot-6.png?r=337292) and a text input field, when that RATE button is clicked upon.
This would make the complex 6 clicks process into a 2-3 click process.
