Lost My Border Width [Archive]

I did an upgrade today from 4.01 to 4.1.1 and in the changeover I have lost my border width is all I know to call it. If I load up the default theme everything seems fine, but with the custom it stretches the page all the way. Can someone tell me where I could go to fix this issue???
