I post an image .
I want to resize the forum, threads/post, last post, subscribe columns
Forum column to make biger, threads/post, last post to make smaller etc

Then you'll need to change the percentages listed in the CSS. Get firebug for firefox and you'll see the names of the classes you'll need to modify.

Nobody that I know can write CSS from an image and with no details on what to do. So, you will need to get firebug (or similar) to get the classes and write this. You can see this article for how to use firebug to get classes (and stylevars) - http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/content.php/290-How-To-Find-a-StyleVar-(video-version) There is also an article in the vB4 articles forum on how to use firebug.

I want to know where to find CSS file to edit it.

The CSS files are located with the other templates. Style Manager > find style > Edit Templates > double-click on CSS Templates. I would just add the changes to the additional.css template.

Thank you for help ... but i not an expert in vbulletin ... if some one is kind to help me step by step to resize the columns .....
