Bootstrap Error

I just finished uploading the files to my ftp and I get this error when I go to access the index.php:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '=', expecting '(' in /homepages/6/d234380405/htdocs/usf/StudioFans/vb/bootstrap.php on line 60

Any help would be great

You need to run the install/upgrade.php script before hitting your site after uploading new files.
