Custom header

I have a graphic/text header that I use on my wordpress blog and would like to put a vbulletin forum as a page tab on my blog. Is there a way to make the header on the vbulletin forum be the same as the wordpress header? The size is 940 x 198 but I can change the size.

I would like the forum to look as much like the blog template as possible. Is that possible? Thank you.

Yes that's possible however it will take some cutting/pasting and possibly quite a bit of tinkering to achieve it... You could post here: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/forumdisplay.php?f=226 with some links to your site and someone may have the time to help out ;).
