Quote with reply is not working.

I uprade my forum 4.1.1 beta but quote with reply is not working.if I click two times it is opening on this page (/forum/newreply.php?do=newreply&p=3376) it is not add quote to quick reply box.I change the connection-min.js but it is still not working.

What can i do ?

Try creating a new default style, now test a post in that style, does the error remain?
