Users are using our Paid Subscription system and it's been working well. I receive an email confirmation which provides me with the basics.

But I can't seem to find out where I can edit this function so that the email will include the custom profile fields I've created. By example, I want the email to include the data users have put in their profile, such as:

A paid subscription has just been purchased by USERX at mysitename.com

To view their profile, go here:

Your First Name: : John
Your Last Name: : Doe
Home Phone : 410.55-1212
Address: 1292 Main Street
City: Washington
State: DC
Zip: 11111
Anniversary : 11/2/2000
Spouse Birthday : 1/1/1980

Where is this template, or php file that I need to edit?

Thanks in advance.

Open your Phrase Manager under Languages and Phrases and search for the phrase payment_received. That's your email content. Also search for the phrase newuser, and you'll find the variables there for profile info and custom fields that you can copy over to your payment email phrase.

How do you guys remember all this stuff?!?! :D Thank you for the reply.

I found both pieces, and it appears there is a variable called $customfields. So I added that to the email content, but the email doesn't include the info yet. Some of the custom fields are designated as hidden and private to the public, so maybe that's keeping the system from including it in my email template?

I'll have to play with this a little, I might be missing something else here, but at least I think you've pointed me in the right direction.

Probably so. If any of your custom fields are private, then the variables probably won't include them. You might check around and see if there's any mods that have more permission based effects on custom fields.

Thanks Jedi. I'll keep trying One funny thing I just noticed. When a new user signs up, I receive an email notification and it includes all of the custom field info, private and public. I'm thinking the issue could be in the PHP somewhere, as it relates to the paid subscription email settings and kicking off that email versus the new user email.
