I just erased all scores since most scores were held by non active members. More specifically the "King of the Arcade" title is held by a banned member. I banned him, erased all his scores, now I deleted all scores and his picture and username still remain in the King of the arcade. Any Ideas how to clear him out of that. Everything else has reset but this.

What are your settings for the Banned Usergroup in the Arcade's Group Permissions?

Banned users can't view or play the arcade. I've deleted all his scores. If I search for him with member manage their are no scores to edit. Maybe its not removable on purpose?

He is banned. will you ever let him back in ?
Way not add his user name and ip in the admincp so he can't access the forum or register..
and delete him...

Just a through

No hes never coming back. Ive banned his ip's. I dont want to delete him since it will impact alot of threads. The last trace of him is the King of the Arcade. I really want him off of it.

I really feel like recounting scores should have handled that. So if it's not, then maybe something else is at play here. Do you have any arcade modifications installed that would affects scores?

I was thinking. If you have access to your database, check to see if that users scores table is actually empty. I believe Recount Scores is based off of that table, and if for some reason it's not emptying his when you clear them from the Admin CP, maybe that might be why it won't recalculate properly.
