Hey guys how do i embed a vb shoutbox to a webtemplate?

Are you referring to a specific modification, or are you asking about getting a shoutbox in general? If you're reffing to a specific modification, I don't believe vB Shoutbox exists anymore, and if it does, you should ask for support in that thread or site.

If you're referring to shoutboxes in general, there's a number of shout/chat boxes available on this site. If you do a search for them, you'll find one you like.
