Problem when hovering username in forum

on the main forum when going with the mouse onto a user (hover) it appears the second picture with the functions but when i move the mouse onto that window to click view profile or anything else it dissappears. clicking the username sends me at user profile. this is happening only on the main page. in one forum when doing this at a specific thread it works well. clicking on the username makes window appear and only hovering does nothing. please help. see the window in the attached image

even on the default style is the same problem

PS: dont tell me is from the colored hack. i have tested. not that. is from the hack that i mentioned in the first post.
