Anyway to mass move 1 usergroup to another?

Well my admin made a mistake and now we have around 1,200 Users Awaiting Email Confirmation.
Is it possible to move anyone whos in that usergroup to Registered Users?

The reason i dont have the email verification link is because it doesnt work for some strange reason, and I rather not have it enabled.

admin cp > users > move users

Make sure you select Move instead of Delete. :)
