Problem with Navbar after upgrading to 4.0.8

This Issue was fixed with vBulletin support

It just looks like you have a border or margin there. But, it's impossible to tell without a link to the actual navbar/site.

This upgrade is on my localhost, and not in production envorement. how may i fix this issue?
