Can anyone please pinpoint me how its possible for me to remove forum.php from my URL?
It was forum.maplefresh.org before, but forum.php randomly came up. If possible, please guide me and help me out. Thank you!

Search on how to hide this via .htaccess, that might give you the answer your looking for ;).

Take a look at the index.php page. You probably have it set to forward to forum.php in there.
