zip code program

Is there ad add-on/program that requires a member to include their zipcode when registering, then it searches the zipcode and lists the city/town under the members location?

There was suggestion for this type of mod before but as far as I can tell it was never released here. It's probably something you could request, or at worst, pay a coder to make if you really need it- that is to say it would be able to integrate with vBulletin if it existed.
