this is a host problem.. i would talk to them.

i have talk to host, they only give me advice to repair DB, is there any other solution for this kind of problem ?

We cannot tell you what to do. This *is* a server issue and the only way for it to be fixed is if you are the server administrator and have access to tweak the server settings. If your host is trying to tell you it isn't their problem, then telling you to move hosts is a valid solution/suggestion.
