Display threads and posts counters below forum description

Hi,

I want to show the amount of threads and posts that a forum have below the forum description. Something like this: http://img222.imageshack.us/img222/7069/demonx.png

Any advice will be more than welcome!

Thank you! I further added some CSS styling to improve the look.
