Upgrade question: 3.8.2 -> 3.8.6 Patch Level 1

Can anyone tell me if upgrading from 3.8.2 to 3.8.6 Patch Level 1 will cause problems? Known issues? I know there's no definitive answer but I can't image there were major changes from 8.2 to 8.6. I won't overwrite the current templates (modified) and I've got several mods installed. Any advice/info is appreciated before I go through that inevitable one-way door. Thanks in advance! :D

I am not very familiar with the 3x8 version to tell you what the differences are, but make a thorough backup of your database and forum files first. Then duplicate yo0ur main forum to a test folder/subdomain and upgrade that first and see how things will go.

its worth upgrading to 3.8.6... especially if yu hav a big board! it will not cause any probs the mods and everything wrks just fine...

When the version difference are only a few digits after the second decimal, the updates are primarily just patches and bug/security fixes. Not a whole lot of changes in something so incremental.
