Database error

Can anyone explain the type of error or hack ?

I have 4.1 version of vb suite.

Is it because some is trying SQL injection ?

I think this is a problem with too many users trying to connect to the database at a specific time. It happens to me sometimes too, and I have asked around on here and nobody seems to know what the solutions is to this problem.

It shouldn't be that.
Because currently it is in development mode and isn't available to public.

The server has maxed out the number of MySQL connections it allows. You can try turning persistent connections off by adding this to your config.php:
$config['MasterServer']['usepconnect'] = 0; But, if you still have the problem you will have to talk to your host about raising that limit. Also, see this Common MySQL Error Messages (http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/troubleshoot_mysql_errors)
