I need a new spoiler code

Please I would like to have a new spoiler code.
No option in the configuration.
When you use [spoiler] it would just mark "spoiler"
But if you use [spoiler=xyz] it would replace "spoiler" by "xyz"

Does it exists please?

This modification seems to work in vBulletin 3 also

Although it does have 1 limitation. The title can not have a ' symbol. If anyone knows how to fix or improve that, it would be nice.

I think for it to work that way you "just" need to define it twice, once with as option and once without.
