Hello,

is there a different way to recover my password or to validate a new user.

this is becaus we have some problem that in some cases the user don't get an email becaus there profider blockes www adresses in the email.

now i want to sent the user id and verification number so that they have to enter this manualy

is this possible and how can it be done.

make them get a hotmail email address :)

that's the problem.

hotmail is one of the problems

a coupel of years ago oure board was hacked and since then hotmail, live mail, kpnmail are having trouble recieving emails as discribed above.
whe were on a blacklist, after upgrading and moving to a different server the problems of hacking whent over.

i have tryed alot but i'm still having trouble.

do you have the url set up as http://www.yourdomain.com (http://.www.yourdomain.com) ?

ok try changeing that to just http://yourdomain.com see if that fixes it

that doesn't help.

I still don't recieve emails with a http adres in the body.
