Where do I get all these extra smileys I see when you start a thread? Is there a zip of smileys somewhere?

There's tons and tons online just be careful what sites you go on to get them ;).

Once you have a few nice ones picked out go into your Admin control panel and click Smilies on the left and you can now see the options and either manage to swap some out (this will also give you an indication of what's required when you simply add one etc) or simply click to add a new one :D.

I was hoping vb had some extra smiley add-ons we could use. I went out and did get quite a few but I was hoping vb had others.

To the vb admins, can we use the smileys from vb.org or just the standard smileys that come with vb?

You can use any "free" smilies you see online, download the images of them and or .zip then upload the smilies to your server and add them in admincp so yes you can use others besides what comes with vB :D.

I know I can get free smileys online but I guess what I'm wondering is can I use the vb.org smileys. Are these free? Or are there other free smileys vb has created for us. I want that green man you just used :)

Have you checked here https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/forumdisplay.php?f=124 ? I believe that green man is in there somewhere ;).
